If you are concerned about a member, please react quickly but calmly.

If someone is in immediate danger, please do not hesitate and call police!

How can I take care of a member if he or she is not in acute danger of death?

If you think someone is not well, share these offers of help with him/her. Maybe you can calmly talk or write to him/her about what the problem is.

If you want support from the Pizzajunkies team because you don't know what to do, you can send us an e-mail to this address. This way you can reach us immediately, if possible. However, we cannot guarantee that we are always available. If you need help, you can also contact the telephone counselling service.

We are sorry if you have seen any harassing content. If you feel uncomfortable or you have seen that another member may have been harassed, please contact us. You can report the harassment here.

Too many messages posted to the community?

The following is considered spam by us:

• Unnecessary messages
• Mass messages
• Multiple posting of identical content

Someone has sent you an unsolicited message or called you?

Please note the following:

• This policy does not apply on our community app
• If you recently posted to a channel in our community that anyone can write to you, this policy does not apply either.

The following is considered advertising:

• Commercial advertising
• Advertising for social media accounts
• Advertising for other WhatsApp groups or communities

The following is not considered advertising:

• Sharing of third-party content from social networks (for example YouTube videos) in the interest of the community.
• Tellonym links, if there is no advertising for other social media profiles on the Tellonym profile
• Links to musical content, for example Spotify links
• Soliciting opinions (for example, "Do you think this or this t-shirt is nicer?") 

If you want to report advertising, you can do so here.

If you have seen someone who matches at least one of the following, please report the member to us:

• is younger than 13 or older than 18
• maintains multiple accounts or cell phone numbers
• creates fake profiles
• shares an account with more than one person
• created a new account or joined with a different phone number when he/she was suspended and/or removed
• provides false information about himself/herself

If you have discovered false information in the community or are unsure if something is true, please contact us.

Intellectual property shall also be preserved at PJ.

The following is not allowed:

• Sending screenshots of private chats and from the group to non-members etc.
• Posting content that shows other people or their intellectual property.
